POSITION SUMMARY

This role involves promoting and selling company products, increasing brand awareness, and soliciting orders from key accounts in North America. The focus is on building relationships with grocery stores in mainstream markets.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 
Sales & Marketing

  • Strategy Development: Develops and implements sales strategies to meet corporate goals and addresses short-term and long-term account needs.
  • Market Research: Forecasts product demand and conducts market research.
  • Customer Development: Creates prospect lists from various sources and visits brokers, distributors, and retailers. Establishes initial contact and builds relationships with customers.
  • Customer Management: Understands customer objectives, maintains relationships, gathers feedback, and resolves issues. Proposes additional services to add value.
  • Contract Management: Handles pre-contract communications, negotiates terms, prepares quotes, and reviews contracts.
  • Promotion: Demonstrates products, provides samples, and introduces new products at customer sites. Participates in trade shows and provides feedback to marketing and product development teams.


Administrative Duties

  • Prepares and submits reports, including activity logs, meeting notes, trip reports, and expense reports.
  • Assists with trade show setup and equipment/materials shipment.
  • Supports office administrative tasks as needed.


Other & Miscellaneous

  • Seeks process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Completes special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Maintains high ethical standards and reports issues to management.
  • Communicates effectively with managers, staff, and external contacts.
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Tools: General office equipment, Windows OS, MS Office, mobile communication devices.
  • License: Valid driver’s license.

 

SALARY USD100,000-120,000
