POSITION SUMMARY
A Japanese food trading corporation is seeking an Account Executive (Sake Development) to join their team. This job involves traveling to educate customers about Japanese liquors and organizing promotional events to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Travel domestically and internationally to educate customers on Japanese liquors and support sales targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship building.
- Collaborate with Sales Associates to understand their needs and educate their clients on liquor products.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend various promotional events, including those organized by the Japanese Government.
- Create and maintain engaging social media content and participate in weekly remote sales meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of food sales experience required; extensive restaurant business experience considered.
- Passes the Sake and Shochu Adviser course within 1 year of employment.
- Business level English required.
- Business level Japanese highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Demonstrates basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Possesses basic mathematical knowledge such as markups, discounts, counting inventory, weight and measurement conversions, combining, etc.
BASE SALARY USD60,000-75,000 Base (DOE) + Discretionary Bonus
