RESPONSIBILITIES (This position is part-time, working 10-15 hours a week.)
- Process expense claims, payment, and billing
- Handle in intercompany billings when required
- Reconcile accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliation
- Handle monthly and year end closing
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual taxes matters
- Liaise with tax agent / auditor for financial transactions and documentation
- Prepare budget forecasts
Undertake adhoc duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Work experience as an Accountant
- Ability to meet strict deadlines with accuracy
- Independent, meticulous, organized and strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel preferred
- Hand-on experience with NetSuite Oracles
- Willing to learn with positive working attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
SALARY USD25-30 / hour
