This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the yard, service maintenance of the used construction machinery and rental equipment. This position requires a strong understanding and knowledge.
Conduct Incoming Inspections:
Inspect used construction machinery and rental equipment upon arrival.
Customer Interaction:
Represent our company in the yard, greeting customers alongside the sales team.
Conduct walk-arounds on equipment for sales purposes.
Daily Yard Operations:
Oversee daily yard operations, ensuring safety and efficiency during work activities.
Service and Maintenance:
Apply necessary service work to make equipment rental/sales ready.
Inspection and Reporting:
Inspect equipment and fill out inspection reports to assist with the sales process.
Take full sets of pictures and videos to highlight inspections.
Loading and Unloading:
Safely load and unload various equipment from trucks.
Note: This position is not a sales role.
3-5 Years of working directly with various categories of construction equipment either handling, appraising, moving, loading and unloading.
Prior work for a rental yard or contractor handling equipment.
Experience working with phone and computer software for the administration of the position.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills to liaise with team members, vendors, and clients efficiently.

Weekends as needed
SALARY Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
