This role oversees HR management and development, ensures policy compliance, and implements procedures. It aims to establish and support the HR function by developing and retaining talent to meet business needs.

Working Location: NY 10166  (Hybrid: 1-2 days onsite or less)

HR Management and Development
Talent acquisition :
・Develop and implement effective recruitment plans
・Develop and design the hiring process and grading criteria, and implement the contents to the related employees, etc.

 

Employee Relations :
・Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance overall job satisfaction.
・Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment. etc

 

Performance Management :
・Analyze and revise the evaluation structure and related tools aligned with the company's business plan and needs.
・Conduct training for employees to ensure knowledge and acknowledgment, etc

 

Training and Development
・Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees.
・Encourage continuous learning and skills development to enhance employee capabilities, especially for supervisors and managers, as training grows with the employee numbers. etc

 

Payroll Management
・Understand and maintain employee profiles and payroll records.

 

HR Policies and Compliance
・Develop, Implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
・Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations to update policies and procedures accordingly.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
・5-7 years of experience in corporate-level Huma Resource Manager and/ or related experience preferred
・People-oriented and result-driven
・Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
・Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
・Familiarity and experience with Federal and multiple state labor laws
・Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
・Experience in collaborating with and/or serving a wide array of individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
・Project Management or related experience is a plus.

 

SKILLS :

Required 
・English Language skills: must be able to read, write, and speak at business level
・Organization and Self-motivation: must be able to stay organized and self-motivated to meet company expectations and goals
・Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
・Strong understanding of change management principles and experience leading organizational transitional initiatives

 

Preferred

・Holding any of the following credentials is highly desired: PHR, SPHR, GPHR, SHRMCP, and SHRM-SCP would be a plus.
・Experience working as an HR staff during an organizational transition in which the company grew exponentially in terms of the number of employees, which is a plus.
