COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client- IT Company in NYC – is looking for IT help desk candidates.
This is hybrid position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide the troubleshooting for the users.
Professional knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 10), Microsoft Office, E-mail (Exchange/Outlook), Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat related, and Database.
Support users by using Helpdesk tickets, follow-up with users.
Maintaining and creating technical documents.
Software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting for users.
Set up Hardware (PC, Printer, etc.) , install and configure them for users.
Needs to communicate with the vendors and manufactures for the new order, product replacement.
Plan and conducts the user trainings at the client’s site.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent skills of Microsoft OS and Office products.
Good PC knowledge and skills.
Basic Network and cloud knowledge.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Business level Japanese skill.
Strong team orientation skills
CCNA/CCNP/ Network+ (Preferred )
SALARY
Salary range - USD 50,000 - 65,000
