Our client- Major IT company located NYC- is looking for a Japanese Bilingual Sales Engineer.
It is hybrid role commute to office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
Arrange for demonstrations or trial installations of equipment.
Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
Recommend improved services to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase production.
Diagnose problems with installed equipment.
Develop or update project plans for information technology projects.
REQUIREMENTS
English (Required), Japanese (Required)
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Knowledge of processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operation of telecommunications systems
SALARY
Salary range of approximately USD 60,000 - 120,000 (Depending on the experience)
