RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations
Liaison between Dev. team in Japan and US/Europe Sales team
Sales Operations
Tracking product feature requests and development progress
Sales Support
Technical Sales Support
UAT support
Security Q&A support
Customer Support
Customer Success
Escalate/Correspondence technical questions/issues raised by Customer Support team
Product Documentation & Communication
Announcement / FAQ article preparation and release
Technical Knowledge with Practical Application: Strong interest in technology
with the ability to troubleshoot and address technical issues such as device (e.g.,
Android), network, and WI-Fi problems in a customer-facing role.Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in project
management or task tracking, skilled at bridging communication gaps and
fostering productive cross-team collaboration.Customer Support Experience: Demonstrated experience in the IT industry
providing customer or technical support, with the ability to explain complex
concepts to non-technical audiences.Translation Ability: Comfortable translating customer-facing documents and
technical terms between Japanese and English.Fast-Paced Startup Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced
environment, , taking initiative to drive results while ensuring alignment with the
team.Adaptability: Eagerness to learn about and support new products, with a strong
interest in technology.Familiarity with compliance standards such as HIPAA, FERPA, and COPPA is
preferred
SALARY & Benefits
USD $100,000 - $110,000 DOE and discretionally bonus
