Senior Accountant – Japanese/English Bilingual (Full-time / New York, NY / Onsite)
A Japanese Tech company in NY is looking for a Senior Accountant – Japanese/English Bilingual position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position reports to General Manager Corporate Planning & Operation or CFO. The other persons will be designated by President & CEO if necessary. Note: This is not a manager position.
Daily Operation and Supervision of Subordinates
Monthly Closing and Reporting
Quarterly Closing
Quarterly Report and Annual Report to CFO and Vice President, Corporate Planning & Operation
Responsible for Federal, Local and Municipal Tax Related assignments
Transfer Pricing Related
Business Planning & Budgeting
Cash Management
Audit Preparation and Presentation to Auditors, if required.
REQUIREMENTS
Over 5 years of accounting experience.
Bilingual skills in Japanese are preferred but not mandatory; we will consider candidates based on their skills.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL (preferred).
Experience in general accounting in the US (US GAAP) (preferred).
Proficiency with software other than QuickBooks (preferred).
SALARY
~ $90,000 (DOE)
