Senior Floor Crew Technician
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a technical troubleshooting resource, providing support to the shift supervisor.
- Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the supervisor.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address breakdown calls efficiently.
- Mentor maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Provide constructive feedback on employee performance to supervisors.
- Investigate and troubleshoot recurring issues assigned by management.
- Report recurring issues to the Engineering department for further analysis.
- Ensure adherence to work order protocols among floor technicians.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to identify and address reliability and recurring issues.
- Assist in training floor technicians on proper inventory and spare parts management.
- Reinforce safety, quality, and production initiatives.
- Contribute to standardizing an efficient, effective, and cost-effective maintenance department.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
- Experience as an Engineering Technician with expertise in equipment maintenance, repairing, troubleshooting, and critical thinking.
- Possession of a 2-year Industrial Maintenance Degree or equivalent Journeyman certification.
- 4-5 years of demonstrated experience in Industrial Maintenance is preferred.
SALARY
USD 36 per hour (USD), with additional benefits.
