RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing orders via email or phone.
- Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Contacting customers to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Writing and submitting quotations to customers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Goal-oriented and having a good knowledge of customer service
- Experience in MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular).
- A team player
- Proven work experience as an Account Executive or Sales support agent.
- Business travel 1-2 times a month.
- Japanese bilingual is a plus
- Organizational skills
SALARY
USD 60,000 - 70,000
