RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare underwriting and sensitivity analyses for acquisition pursuits and portfolio projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy in financial and project reporting.
- Create and update comprehensive portfolio databases.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis in key investment markets.
- Prepare concise summary documents to support research findings.
- Perform capital markets research using subscription databases and third-party resources.
- Handle ad-hoc analyses as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
- Basic understanding of property investment, development, and financing processes.
- Knowledge of multifamily, retail, and office product types.
- Strong teamwork skills, work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation creation.
- Understanding of financial metrics such as IRR, NPV, GAAP Gross and Net Margins.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with confidence in building and maintaining relationships.
- Respect for ethnic diversity and different cultures.

SALARY USD 90,000 – 120,000
