COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client (Accounting Firm) is looking for Japanese and English Bilingual Audit Manager in North and South California location.
There are several offices in North and South California and this is hybrid role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage external audit engagements of U.S. and Japanese based clients
Sustain a working knowledge of and research findings regarding accounting literature trends
Supervise engagement management including managing the budget resourcing strategy billing and collections and progress
Demonstrates an understanding of the audit client’s industry and marketplace
Set the culture for the engagement team and mentor members in their career development
Consistently applies effective project management skills in order to plan and coordinate multiple engagements
Demonstrates advanced technical knowledge effectively through written and verbal communication; seeks to continuously develop communication skills
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 7 years of financial statement audit experience within a public accounting firm and supervisory experience
Advanced knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles.
Appropriate interpersonal skills and ability to develop good rapport with employees and clients.
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP U.S. GAAS and PCAOB and Auditing Standards
Proven ability to grow client portfolio and meet challenging client requirements while providing exceptional service
Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university & licensed CPA
Professional Proficiency in both Japanese and Englis.

SALARY
Salary range: $100,000- 160,000 ( Depending on the experiences)
