IT Company in NYC is looking for Japanese English Bilingual System Engineer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages installation and maintenance of system’s software, hardware and configuration of IP services and network applications in a heterogeneous Network/Cloud environment
Analyses information to determine, recommend and plan layout for type of computers and peripheral equipment or modifications to existing equipment and system
Specifies power supply requirements and configuration
Monitors functioning of equipment to ensure system operate in conformance with specificationsTrouble shotting of technical support issues
Conducts training to users for new modified equipment and Software
Learns additional hardware and software systems
Other task could be assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual Language skills (English and Japanese)
Good understanding on Microsoft Office products, includes Office 365, Windows 10, Windows, AD and creating batch file/scripting, Network knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Backup software, Antivirus Software and PC Imaging
Bachelor’s Degree in accredited colleges
Microsoft Certification, Cloud Network, Exchange Server, SharePoint, VDI and/or VMware, Cisco/VOIP environment, iPhone/iPad environment preferred
willing to go to business trip (domestic and international)
Hybrid work
SALARY
Salary range $ 70,000 - 100,000 (Depending on the experiences)
