RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overseeing, participating in and performing, but not limited to, the following tasks:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 + Years of sales experience for IT business
- Experience in Automotive industry <Preferred>
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Japanese/English Bilingual (both speaking and writing)

SALARY
- $120,000 - $150,000 (DOE)
