Sales Manager – Japanese/English Bilingual (Remote in Michigan)
A Japanese IT company is looking for Sales Manager in Michigan.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overseeing, participating in and performing, but not limited to, the following tasks:
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 + Years of sales experience for IT business
Experience in Automotive industry <Preferred>
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Japanese/English Bilingual (both speaking and writing)
Visa sponsorship is available for this position.
Candidates must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
SALARY
$120,000 - $150,000 (DOE)
