About the Role
  • To plan and execute the sales development of business in the U.S. market.
  • This includes not only direct sales actions for customers (water supply bureaus, local governments), but also the discovery of partners who sell our services on behalf of the company, and the planning and execution of marketing activities to discover a wide range of leads.
  • This position is positioned as the head of sales and marketing. Given full authority over sales and marketing.
  • This position reports directly to the CEO.

Required Skills and Experience

1.Must have
I.More than 5 years of experience as a sales representative
II.Good communication skills. Skill of presentation. The ability to communicate
 

something to others in an easy-to-understand manner.
III.Self-motivated mind. The ability to plan and execute actions on one's own without being instructed to do so by a company or organization.
IV.Personality that can behave in the organization as a team person.


2.Nice to have. The following
I.~V. are Nice to have, but one or more of them is a condition for application.
I.Sales experience to public entity (public infrastructure). If it’s for the municipal water industry, it’s the best.
II.Experience of the channel sales (sales through distributors).
III.Experience of consulting businesses and/or solution-based businesses.
IV.Experience of market analysis (marketability, customer survey, competitor survey)

V.Experience of lead generation (media marketing, trade show, webinar)

SALARY
USD 80,000- 100,000+ Commission

Location:
United States (basically remote work, but if the person lives in the Bay Area, California, we recommend coming to the office 2~3 times a week)
