RESPONSIBILITIES
- Menu Development (following the Ippudo casual express format)
- Ordering and Inventory Management
- Recruitment, Training, and Management of Staff
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Creation for Menu Items
- Prep Work and General Cooking Responsibilities
- Overall Kitchen Management as required by the Chef
REQUIREMENTS
※Must be able to speak Japanese fluently.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef, proficient in both Japanese and Western cuisine preferred
- Emphasis on performance due to the counter kitchen setup
SALARY
USD 70,000 - 100,000
