A global CPA firm is looking for Japanese/English Bilingual Advisory Manager.
※Associate (0-3 years) and Senior (3-5 years) advisory positions are also available in Los Angeles and New York.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan for growth and address financial and tax accounting requirements by implementing accounting workflows, internal controls, and accounting software.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-8 years of audit/review experience in public accounting, including experiences of auditing Japanese companies
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university
- Licensed CPA
- Demonstrate leadership, problem solving, and solid oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and auditing and review procedures
- Manage, develop and mentor staff, assisting with professional growth and development of staff
- Ability to read/write/communicate in Japanese and English
SALARY & Benefits
USD $90,000 - $120,000+ Performance Benefits
