COMPANY OVERVIEW
A world-leading sexual wellness company is looking for an experienced Event Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to lead mainlyB2C events and increase brand awareness. Events you will be in charge of are mostly B2C events about anything we have some essence in common with, such as events about Japanese entertainment, beauty, sports, music.

They would like to participate in events at least once a month.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Event Management Leadership

a. Lead the planning, execution, and management of B2C events, aiming to

increase sales and enhance brand awareness through events.

b. Manage the event budget to ensure cost-effective execution

c. Coordinate with event management companies to ensure the success of

events

d. Manage event schedules and logistics.

e. Manage events in a cost-effective and efficient manner

f. Seek new approaches and methods, proactively implementing effective

alternatives.

g. Collaborate with internal and external parties to enhance customer

satisfaction.

h. Establish KPIs to measure event success and analyze outcomes.

i. Lead and motivate team members towards the success of the event.

 

2. Client Relations and Strategy Implementation

a. Set objectives and goals for events and develop plans based on them,

sharing them with relevant parties

b. Develop and execute event promotion strategies.

c. Establish touchpoints with end-users through optimal product selection and

presentation.

d. Conduct face-to-face meetings, and training, and attend exhibitions as

required.

e. Maintain a good relationship with event organizers and relevant parties,

responding promptly to requests and addressing issues.

f. Collaborate with the inventory control department to create an accurate and

effective shipping system.

g. Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying

sales calls to event organizers and relevant parties, and manage the sales

cycle to close new business.

 

3. Reporting and Coordination

a. Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals,

and other documentation.

b. Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards

are met.

c. Conduct market research and regularly monitor competitors.

 

<Travel>

  • Domestic and international business travels are required as needed.
  • Business trip frequency: - 25% (around once a month) 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

 <Required skills>

  • Experience in event management, event planning, or strategy planning
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the above for more than 3 years

 

<Preferred skills>

 

  • Experience in the retail and wholesale industry
  • Experience in marketing and promotion
  • Experience in sales and/or marketing
  • Experience in the following industries is especially desirable

Cosmetics industry/ Beauty industry/ Entertainment industry

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Conversational level of Japanese language skills

 

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)

USD $60,000.00, Bonus
