POSITION SUMMARY
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Japanese back office to handle tasks related to recruitment, general affairs, and information systems (IT).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Tasks: Creating job advertisements, managing applicants, coordinating interviews, etc.
General Affairs Tasks: Office management, procurement of supplies, planning and organizing internal events, etc.
IT Tasks: Managing and operating internal systems, providing IT support, implementing security measures, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Over 5 years of back-office experience in a U.S. corporation
Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
Experience in either IT or recruitment
SALARY USD65,000-80,000
