Well-known Japanese manufacturing company started the business as a start-up company in De Soto, Kansas. The position will be provided the training so you will be able to a specialist through this job. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Disassembling mold parts to prepare them for inspection/cleaning
- Taking necessary precautions to avoid damaging the molds or other equipment
- Prevent injury by following and championing safe behaviours
- Developing the monthly maintenance plan
- Reassembling mold parts once maintenance is complete
REQUIREMENTS
- Essential: Fluent Japanese proficiency
- Preferred: Business level English proficiency
Physical Requirements
- Dexterity to handle small objects such as mold parts, bolts, and plastic O-rings
- Visual acuity to read small text, identify small parts, and verify correct orientation of mold parts during assembly
- Ability to lift 55lbs
- Work effectively in a noisy environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating hoist winch
SALARY
USD 70,000 - 75,000
