Operations Officer (Onsite in OC, CA)
This company is a subsidiary of the Global Medical Device company group. As a rapidly growing business, this company is currently seeking a dynamic candidate for the position of Operations Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direct support to the operation for all company activities.
Undertake project operation projects as needed.
Meet all deadlines and anticipate future needs based on company goals and direction.
Conduct phone training and coverage
Coordinate with outside vendors for services such as phone, Internet, travel, and building management.
Collaborate with all departments at HQ and other office locations.
Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Handle confidential and high-performance tasks with attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Proficient in English (Business level)
Knowledge of MS Office programs
Experience in QuickBooks; basic accounting skills are a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Quick decision-making and time management skills
Flexibility to adapt to regular changes
SALARY& BENEFITS
