Job Title: Sales

Summary :
This is an individual contributor role. The candidate is expected to develop and implement strategic sales plans for their assigned clients/markets. This role requires strong organization skills, to lead and manage efforts both, internally and externally, and ensure assigned targets are met; this includes company’s vision, revenues, and growth.
The role is key to nurture business relationships with current and new customers within the industry. This position requires substantial discretion, autonomy, and independence in the execution of his/her duties, decisions and/or responsibilities.

 

Functions and Duties
・Leads the development of project opportunities and inquires to be bid in an organized and systematic manner, and while maintaining a healthy project pipeline.
・Develops and maintains existing relationships with clients and partners in his/her applicable market
・Manages & Negotiates compressor bid packages, contracts, and terms and conditions
・Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with the Sales Manager, Technical Sales, and Engineering representatives to showcase and introduce the Company’s technology
・Supports marketing by attending related trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
・Monitors market trends and competitors’ activities to and develop appropriate market strategies

 

Requirement 
・Bachelor's degree. 
・3-5 years of experience in Compressor Sales, or 5 years in Rotating/Static Machinery Sales 
・Should have a clear understanding of the market and standard sales procedures in the industry

・Mathematical and computer skills; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and draw and interpret bar graphs, plus knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
