POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for achieving sales and profit goals in assigned sales channels by working with brokers and distributors worldwide and planning and implementing sales promotions.
The role involves guiding field service team members and assisting them in developing and planning workflows.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Management
Develop and implement sales plans.
Prepare budgets and sales reviews.
Supervise field sales representatives.
Follow up on customer interactions.
Identify potential customers and build retailer relationships.
Respond to client inquiries.
Work with brokers and distributors.
Attend trade shows.
Plan and implement sales promotions.
Coordinate sales distribution.
Ensure proper order delivery.
Analyze sales trends.
Track sales leads.
Enter retailer data.
Handle troubleshooting and retailer issues.
Other & Miscellaneous
Seek continuous improvement in work processes.
Perform special projects and duties as assigned.
Maintain high ethical standards and comply with company policies.
Report issues to management for resolution.
Maintain good communication with management, staff, and outside contacts.
Keep the working area clean and safe.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or technical school, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
More than six months of related sales experience.
Supervisory experience with field sales representatives.
The position requires both international and domestic overnight travel.
SALARY
USD 70,000 – 100,000
