SUMMARY

International company is seeking an Internatinal HR specialist who manages benefits and relocation support within the team in the HR Dept.

 

POSITION SUMMARY

  • Manage salary adjustments, expense settlement of fringe benefits and relocation fees of transferee in a timely and accurate manner and manage periodical closing process 

  • Responsible for managing and overseeing the entrance and departure processes. 

  • Manage health insurance program and safety control of transferee.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, creating journal entries, and conducting periodic reviews of the International HR account.

  • Coordinate the arrival and departure processes for transferees in collaboration with the HR & GA Division.

    • Prepare settlement and departure information packages.

    • Conduct orientations and assist transferees with obtaining social security cards, credit cards, and opening bank accounts.

    • Process reimbursements for relocation fees, allocate expenses to appropriate accounts, and issue invoices to subsidiaries.

  • Manage and review the health insurance program, supporting the claims process for rotational staff.

  • Provide safety and infection prevention instructions to transferees, conduct safety confirmations, and offer emergency support during disasters and incidents in alignment with HQ protocols.

  • Perform other duties as assigned, including handling irregular issues.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years business experience

  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and sensitive to deadlines based on excellent communications skills

  • SAP experience and understanding on cost settlement, bookkeeping required

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Working language proficiency in Japanese required.
     

SALARY
$70,000-$90,000/year
