POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for completing projects related to network and/or server system implementation/migration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Have meetings with customers, vendors, and the sales team to design the best solutions so that the sales team can create proposals and quotations.
Create configurations on Firewall, Router, Switch, Access Point.
Visit customer sites to install network equipment.
Escalate issues to the next level of support and/or vendors in a timely manner.
Provide Tier 1 or Tier 2 end-user support or troubleshooting by isolating problems via emails and phones.
Communicate with manufacturers to coordinate hardware repairs.
Visit customer sites to solve problems.

Must have: TCP/IP protocol, Network equipment (Firewall, Router, Switch, Access Point, etc.)
Nice to have: Windows OS (Client, Server), Windows Network System (Active Directory), Virtualization Software (VMware, Hyper-V), Cloud Server (Azure, AWS)
SALARY USD60,000-70,000
